    Este día fue un poco más intenso, me sorprendieron los nuevos miembros ya que aguantaron el circuito de reducción de bariga, como unos campeones.

    Menos mal que el sol estaba a nuestro favor para entrenar un poco más duro. Empezamos con un calentamiento, estirando bien los músculos, seguido de 5 minutos de carrera combinada con Burpee y terminamos con una serie de abdominales fuertes uno detrás de otro sin parar durante 5 minutos 4 repeticiones.

    Los circuitos abdominales que realizamos fueron: Crunch con bicicleta, Básico con piernas en el aire, Crunch Lateral, V-ups, Torsión Rusa con piernas en el aire, Crunch Lateral tocando talón y Movimiento de Tijeras, Crunch tocando Crunch invertido,

    Realizamos evaluaciones a los integrantes, nos sorprendimos porque los resultados fueron alto porcentaje de grasa, llegaron en el momento justo, la próxima semana es el turno de los antiguos, para ver como va su proceso de bienestar hacia el nivel 10, seguimos promoviendo este estilo de vida saludable y activo.
