Mi Primera Experiencia Jugando Beach Tenis. Adentrándonos en un deporte que está teniendo mucho auge aquí en el estado Sucre, la familia en pleno decidimos dirigirnos a las canchas del Cumaná Racket Club, justamente ubicado en las instalaciones del Centro Comercial Marina Plaza, valga la redundancia aquí en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela. Como su nombre lo indica, es el famoso tenis de playa con su arena y todo. Ciertamente no soy un experto jugando en esta disciplina, pero la idea era disfrutar de la experiencia y aprender otro deporte, debo decir que todo estuvo muy bueno, me gustó mucho y claro que sí vamos a seguir entrenando para adquirir un poco más de destreza. Practicar este deporte brinda muchos beneficios a todo nuestro cuerpo, donde la movilidad es clave por la exigencia del mismo.

De la noche a la mañana no podemos ser los mejores, pero sí me desenvolví como todo un guerrero, hice unos buenos puntos en los saques, tal vez porque los contrincantes eran peores que yo, jajajajaja. Lo cierto es que todo el grupo se divirtió y la experiencia fue sumamente enriquecedora; sin embargo, no solo nos propusimos realizar la práctica de este deporte, sino que su ejecución también rindió frutos a nivel corporal. Digo esto, porque al movilizarnos en la arena todo el tren inferior se fortalece y desarrolla, además de que perdimos muchas calorías. Estuvimos desde las 4 de la tarde hasta las 7 de la noche, 3 horas de puro deporte, emoción y acción, donde la gran mayoría fue disfrutada bajo el sol inclemente y sabroso de nuestra tierra. My First Experience Playing Beach Tennis. Getting into a sport that is having a lot of boom here in the state of Sucre, the whole family decided to go to the courts of the Cumaná Racket Club, rightly located in the Marina Plaza Shopping Center, worth the redundancy here in Cumaná state of Sucre Venezuela. As its name suggests, it is the famous beach tennis with its sand and all. Certainly I am not an expert playing this discipline, but the idea was to enjoy the experience and learn another sport, I must say that everything was very good, I liked it a lot and of course we will continue training to acquire a little more skill. Practicing this sport provides many benefits to our whole body, where mobility is key because of the demand of it.

Overnight we can not be the best, but I did perform like a warrior, I made some good points in the serves, perhaps because the opponents were worse than me, hahahahahaha. The truth is that the whole group had fun and the experience was extremely enriching; however, not only did we set out to practice this sport, but its execution also paid off at a physical level. I say this because by moving on the sand, the entire lower body is strengthened and developed, and we lost a lot of calories. We were from 4 in the afternoon until 7 at night, 3 hours of pure sport, excitement and action, where most of it was enjoyed under the inclement and tasty sun of our land.
