Greetings to the whole community! We return here again with a small musical post for you, for this we want to present a small duet from the book "Cartilla fluta dulce" which we have been working on to learn the soprano recorder since despite being a repertoire for children It's very useful, the song has a lot of sounds like "María Moñitos" but at least here it has another name. As we went out today to walk through the center of the city, we stayed in the Plaza Bolívar and we took the opportunity to record this, it is somewhat short so we repeated it about 4 times, I hope you like it.

The score is in the key of D major and, as you can see, it has a slightly upbeat time, so to speak, although the first flute makes 3 eighth notes that are equivalent to 1 beat and a half, but the second flute makes a quarter note that is only one beat. To coordinate everything, Stefy plays the first flute, but I (Dany) had to be careful to wait half a pulse to enter. I would say that it is a super interesting arrangement for initiation to music group work.

I didn't get the song as "la lora" but there is a part of the song that says: There goes the parrot, there she goes with her little parrot behind if the parrot dies on me, oh! who will cry for me?" and I imagine that this is the part that this fragment of "la lora" talks about.
