    Structure of the #Routine

    Para darle fuego a la rutina nos vamos en primera instancia con los calentamientos. Cada uno de ellos con una duración de 3 minutos con acción en piernas. Recuerda que cada ejercicio central se ejecuta en 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Para el primer ejercicio, que se que te va a gustar, te ubicas en sentadilla con los codos flexionados y brazos a los lados. Elevas las rodillas, una a la vez y las pegas de los codos.

    Nos vamos a la segunda estación. Aquí colocas las piernas casi juntas. Salto diagonal, abres piernas y caes en sentadillas. Salto y vuelves al inicio. Salto diagonal lado opuesto.
