    Brazos y Piernas en Movimiento... Solo Acción. Estimada familia #hive y @fulldeportes; el día de hoy vamos a la actividad de brazos y piernas, cuyo trabajo en conjunto nos va a permitir el desarrollo y tonificación del cuerpo en su totalidad. Verán una serie de ejercicios basados en flexiones con variantes poderosas, estocadas increíbles, y movimientos de esquives, orientados al logro de los objetivos planteados. Velocidad, potencia, energía, control, equilibrio, es lo que vamos a recibir. Dicho esto, no queda más que irnos a la acción.

Dear #hive family and @fulldeportes; today we are going to the activity of arms and legs, whose work together will allow us to develop and tone the body as a whole. You will see a series of exercises based on push-ups with powerful variations, incredible lunges, and dodging movements, oriented to the achievement of the objectives set. Speed, power, energy, control, balance, is what we are going to receive. That said, we can only get down to action.

    La fase obligatoria de calentamiento da inicio, para que tu cuerpo herman@ mi@ esté apto para la acción venidera. Acción imperdible. Calentamiento 1; apertura de brazos + patadas frontales suaves. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; trote con rodilla elevada, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, por favor, recomiendo calentar un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidratarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales pérdidas durante la acción. Mantener bien apretados abdomen y glúteos en todo momento.

    El circuito principal de esta rutina está integrado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1, flexiones cerradas y abiertas en salto. Ejecutamos las flexiones primero cerradas, luego abriendo y cerrando brazos y piernas en salto. Acción de locura, 20 repeticiones por lado en 4 series. Estación 2, estocada delantera y trasera con pierna individual + doble golpe frontal, piernas full acción. 20 repeticiones por lado en 4 series. Estación 3, esquives laterales + rodillazo contrario. Miembros inferiores de hierro. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Nos relajamos con giro de pierna con rodilla elevada por 3 minutos. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak.
