3 + 1 race with the Hive Run team/.Carrera de 3 + 1 junto al equipo de Hive Run.

Greetings friends of Hive Run, I hope you are well, today I was able to participate in the 3 + 1 relay race, a unique experience I was able to work with the Hiverun team @danielvehe @erilej @vandres @enmy @crily.love

Saludos amigos de Hive Run, espero que se encuentren bien, en el día de hoy pude participar en la carrera de relevo 3 + 1, una experiencia única que pude trabajar junto al equipo de Hiverun @danielvehe @erilej @vandres @enmy @crily.love.

To get to this experience, our friend Daniel waited for me at 6 am in California, this time I could go with my partner @crily.love, who not only supported the team but also took the pictures while I ran, which I appreciate very much, as it is a task that requires certain techniques which could perform very well, congratulations love.

Para llegar a esta experiencia, nuestro amigo Daniel me espero a las 6 am en la California, en esta oportunidad pude ir junto a mi compañera @crily.love, quien no solo apoyo al equipo sino que también realizo las fotografías mientas yo corría, lo cual agradezco mucho, ya que es una labor que amerita ciertas técnicas las cuales las pudo realizar muy bien, felicidades amor.

After arriving at La Carlota we had to walk a bit to get to the starting point.

Después de llegar a la carlota nos tocó caminar un poco para llegar al punto de salida.

When we arrived at the point, we met the team's rectum, I put the gray number on my shirt, I stretched a lot to avoid any discomfort in my knee, which worked very well.

Cuando llegamos al punto, nos encontramos con el recto del equipo, me coloque el número de color gris en la camisa, me puse a estirar mucho para evitar cualquier incomodidad en la rodilla, lo cual me funciono muy bien.

I recognize that I was very nervous, first time I compete in this type of race, so try to breathe a lot, while I was warming up, I was aware that my only goal was to respond based on my abilities, comparing was too much, so I would have to work hard on the concentration of energy and its distribution by space.

Reconozco que estaba muy nervioso, primera vez que compito en este tipo de carreras, por lo cual trata de respirar mucho, mientras calentaba, estaba consciente que mi única meta era responder a base de mis capacidades, compararse estaba de más, por lo cual tendría que trabajar mucho en la concentración de energía y su distribución por el espacio.

This was the last picture I took before starting the race.

Esta fue la última fotografía que realice antes de comenzar la carrera.

Here we can see how this wonderful race began, as I commented to @vandres I made the mistake of leaving with the group and not go out at my own pace, a situation that took its toll on me reaching kilometer 2, so I decided to slow down the pace until kilometer 4 where I returned to grab a little faster pace, taking into account that my interest was to give my full potential in the last meters of kilometer 4.

Aquí podemos ver como comenzó esta maravillosa carera, como le comente a @vandres cometí el error de salir junto al grupo y no salir a mi propio ritmo, situación que me paso factura llegando al kilómetro 2, por lo cual decidí bajar el ritmo hasta el kilómetro 4 donde volví agarrar un ritmo un poco más rápido, tomando en cuenta que mi interés era dar todo mi potencial en los últimos metros del kilómetro 4.

It was a pleasure to be able to run for this great team, my personal time was 00:29:07, in the image below you can see the two cut off times that were made in the race.

Fue un placer poder correr para este gran equipo, mi tiempo personal fue de 00:29:07, en la imagen de abajo podrán ver los dos tiempos de corte que se realizaron en la carrera.

Here we can also see the time that Strava marks, and the route I did. I made the mistake of not stopping it when I arrived, I stopped it as soon as I remembered, so you can see the difference in the time, things that happen.

Por aquí también podemos ver el tiempo que marca Strava, y el recorrido que realice. Cometí el error de no pararlo al llegar, lo pare al rato que me acordé, por lo cual podrán ver diferenciad en el tiempo, cosas que pasan.

After reaching the finish line I rested for a while and then exchanged with Crisly to continue taking pictures, here are some of the pictures I took for the Hive team.

Después de llegar a la meta descanse un poco y luego intercambie con Crisly para seguir realizando las fotografías, a continuación les dejo algunas de las fotografías que realice para el equipo de Hive.

Finally, we closed by taking group photographs with our medals, certifying that we were able to participate in this sporting event.

Por último cerramos realizando las fotografías grupales con nuestras medallas, certificando que logramos participar en este evento deportivo.

I also thank my sister Caribay for the coala made for Hive where I was able to place my cell phone while running.
