    Feliz martes querida familia, espero que su fin de semana e inicio de la misma iniciará con buen pie, hoy me complace compartir con ustedes una rutina práctica para realizar en casa y así poder trabajar nuestro tren superior (hombros, bíceps y tríceps) el peso lo deciden ustedes de acuerde a sus resistencia física, en mi caso estoy trabajando con menos peso, pero con muchas más repeticiones, para uno de los últimos ejercicios vamos a necesitar un banco o silla, espero que la rutina sea de su agrado y se animen a realizar aunque sea 30 minutos de actividad física, que sin duda agregará muchos beneficios para su salud física y mental.
