4 Ejercicios para Triceps💪💪 || 4 Triceps💪💪 exercises [Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana, por este lado en vista de que sumado a mis entrenamientos habituales hice un mini reto de sentadillas y flexiones del que les estaré hablando está semana por cierto!! pero pues mi cuerpo está más que exhausto jeje así que decidí tomarme el lunes libre, por lo que entrené hasta hoy domingo, hoy finalizó el reto, pero sumado a ese mini reto hice esta rutina de tríceps que les comparto!!

son solo 4 ejercicios pero que sin duda te harán sentir el trabajo, en mi caso usé mis dos botellas de agua, si ustedes cuentan con pesas, pues mejor aun, pero si no tienen ninguna de las dos, pues 1 kg de arroz 🌾 en cada mano y listo, cero excusas, a ponernos en movimiento se ha dicho 💪

Vamos a realizar de 3 a 5 rondas descansando 1 minuto entre cada ronda💪😎

Hello hello @fulldeportes friends I hope you had an excellent weekend, on this side in view that added to my usual workouts I did a mini challenge of squats and pushups that I will be talking about this week by the way!! but my body is more than exhausted hehe so I decided to take Monday off, so I trained until today Sunday, today ended the challenge, but added to that mini challenge I did this triceps routine that I share with you!!!

they are only 4 exercises but they will certainly make you feel the work, in my case I used my two water bottles, if you have weights, well even better, but if you don't have either of them, well 1 kg of rice 🌾 in each hand and ready, zero excuses, let's get moving 💪

We are going to do 3 to 5 rounds resting 1 minute between each round💪😎.
