Saludos a todos los Hivers que hacen vida en esta hermosa Comunidad. Mi nombre es Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) Espero que estén súper bien. El día de hoy quisiera compartir con todos ustedes una rutina facial de noche que me he estado realizando antes de dormir.

Greetings to all the Hivers that make life in this beautiful Community. My name is Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) I hope you are great. Today I would like to share with you all a nighttime facial routine that I've been doing before bedtime.

En estos días, decidí salir a comprar unas cositas que me hacían falta, entre esas cosas, más mascarillas faciales y, también quería aprovechar de comprar algo que he querido desde hace muchísimo rato y es, el rodillo facial y la piedra “Gua Sha” de jade. Al verla en la tienda en donde estaba, no lo pensé dos veces y decidí comprarla de una vez.

These days, I decided to go out and buy a few things that I needed, among those things, more facial masks and I also wanted to buy something that I have wanted for a long time and that is the facial roller and the "Gua Sha" jade stone. When I saw it in the shop where I was, I didn't think twice and decided to buy it at once.

En esta oportunidad, decidí usar la mascarilla de Sábila o Áloe Vera, como lo conozcan en su país, por sus beneficios. 🤗

This time, I decided to use the Sabila or Aloe Vera mask, as it is known in your country, for its benefits. 🤗

Sin más preámbulo, acá les comparto la rutina que suelo hacer, independientemente de la mascarilla que elija. 🤗

Without more to add, here's the routine I usually do, regardless of the mask I choose. 🤗

RUTINA DIARIA - DAILY ROUTINE

PASO #1	STEP #1

Luego de lavar bien el rostro, aplicar la mascarilla de tu preferencia, asegurándote de cubrir todo el rostro con ella.

After washing your face thoroughly, apply the mask of your choice, making sure to cover your entire face with it.

PASO #2	STEP #2

Con un rodillo facial, masajear la zona de las mejillas, pómulos, entre ceja y mentón como lo muestro en el vídeo teniendo la mascarilla puesta por 10 minutos.

With a facial roller, massage the area of the cheeks, cheekbones, between the eyebrows and chin as I show in the video, keeping the mask on for 10 minutes.

PASO #3	STEP #3

Luego de los 10 mins, suelo colocarme una mascarilla para las ojeras y dejarlas actuar por 5 mins, la retiro y procedo a lavarme el rostro nuevamente.

After 10 minutes, I usually put on a mask for dark circles under the eyes and leave it on for 5 minutes, remove it and proceed to wash my face again.

PASO #4	STEP #4

Aplicar una crema hidratante de tu preferencia.

Apply a moisturiser of your choice.

PASO #5	STEP #5

Opcional: Realizar masajes relajantes en tus pómulos para culminar.

Optional: Perform relaxing massages on your cheekbones to finish.

De esa manera como culminé mi rutina facial diaria de noche. Sentí mi rostro muy limpio, fresco e hidratado. Recomiendo muchísimo hacer esta rutina las veces que quieran. That's how I finished my daily facial routine at night. My face felt very clean, fresh and hydrated. I highly recommend doing this routine as often as you like.
