Hoy me salí de mi zona de confort al grabar vídeos y quise compartir con ustedes lo que por lo general hago cuando escucho las canciones que me agradan!
Se trata de BAILOTERAPIA!
Quien de nosotros no se pone a Bailar al escuchar la música que les gusta? 😁 Yo sí!
Y es que al hacer bailoterapia no solo tonificamos nuestro cuerpo, sino también liberamos endorfinas, hormona que nos produce una agradable sensación de bienestar!
Como digo en el vídeo no soy una experta en la materia de baile pero disfruto mucho cuando lo hago y... También quemo bastante calorías, porque sudo bastante 😁

Today I stepped out of my video recording comfort zone and wanted to share with you what I usually do when I listen to songs I like!
It's all about BAILOT THERAPY!
Who among us doesn't start DANCING when listening to music they like? 😁 I do!
And the thing is that when we do dance therapy we not only tone our body, but we also release endorphins, a hormone that gives us a pleasant feeling of wellbeing!
As I say in the video I'm not an expert in the field of dance but I really enjoy when I do it and.... I also burn quite a lot of calories, because I sweat quite a lot 😁.
