    Feliz inicio de una gran semana a mis amigos de @fulldeportes ya activando los motores para tener una semana extraordinaria, les tengo una rutina brutal de Gradiadores que puedes hacer desde tu casa con solo 30 minutos🔥💪 en el cual trabajamos el cuerpo completo y lo haremos en formato AMRAP tomado del Crossfit, en el que tienes un tiempo límite de 30 minutos en este caso para hacer la mayor cantidad de rondas posibles a tu ritmo💪

    La ventaja de este tipo de entrenamientos, es que puedes comparar tu fuerza, resistencia y habilidad porque puedes marcar un registro de tu entrenamiento hoy, hacer digamos unas 3 rondas en total en esos 30 minutos y luego decidir repetirlo en unos 15 días y luego debido a tu esfuerzo acumulado puedes avanzar hasta hacer 4 o quizas 5 rondas en los mismos 30 minutos y así sabes con certeza que tanto has avanzado 😎

    The advantage of this type of training, is that you can compare your strength, endurance and ability because you can mark a record of your training today, do say about 3 rounds in total in those 30 minutes and then decide to repeat it in about 15 days and then due to your accumulated effort you can advance to do 4 or maybe 5 rounds in the same 30 minutes and so you know for sure how far you have advanced 😎.


    Hay ejercicios compuestos que en lo personal a mi me encanta hacerlos ya que reclutas varios musculos al mismo tiempo, eso es ganancia porque si trabajas o tienes algun compromiso y tu tiempo super medido, puedes decir ok mañana debo salir a las 7:30am de la casa, voy a entrenar a las 6:00am, luego desayunar a las 6:30am, para estar listo a las 7:00am bañarme y salir, es una gran ventaja para quienes tienen varias tareas por cumplir en un día, super recomendable😎

    There are compound exercises that personally I love to do them because you recruit several muscles at the same time, that is a gain because if you work or have any commitment and your time is super measured, you can say ok tomorrow I must leave at 7:30am from home, I will train at 6:00am, then have breakfast at 6:30am, to be ready at 7:00am shower and leave, it is a great advantage for those who have several tasks to accomplish in a day, highly recommended😎


    Recuerda que en el Amrap no es un tema de velocidad, como siempre recomiendo, debes dar el 100% en el entrenamiento, pero tu 100% hoy es diferente a tu 100% en 15 días, eso dependerá de ti y de que tant disciplina le pongas a tus ejercicios como parte de tu estilo de vida, muchas veces me preguntan lo mismo y como puedo tener la misma motivación diaria para hacer los ejercicios, si hay días donde me levanto sin ganas de hacer nada? 🤔 Respuesta👇

Que igual entrenamos con o sin ganas, la disciplina no requiere que tengas motivación, reqiere ACCIÓN y punto, en el momento que pasas de entenderlo con tu cabeza a entenderlo con el cuerpo, listo. Dominarás tus acciones y entrenarás, llueva, truene o relampaguee😎 y sabrás el valor importante de la disciplina
