Saludos amigos de Full Deportes, en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes lo que fue mi entrenamiento el pasado día jueves en el gimnasio. Entré los músculos de los hombros en conjunto a los músculos de los bíceps. Realicé varias rutinas de ejercicios y solo pude grabar estos ejercicios que estoy mostrando aquí en el video. Voy progresando en mi objetivo de lograr mi peso ideal y la tonificación de mi cuerpo, el cambio físico ya es perceptible ante la mirada.
