¡Feliz martes, queridos amigos de Full Deportes! Me alegra estar una semana más compartiendo contenido con esta comunidad y en esta oportunidad, porque les quiero llevar conmigo a mi primer entrenamiento de fútbol del año 2024. Hace 2 años compartí mi experiencia practicando fútbol femenino en la escuela de fútbol San Ignacio en mi ciudad. Esta escuela con amplia trayectoria futbolística en el estado y de la cual han salido brillantes talentos, una de las más conocidas es Deyna Castellanos, jugadora del Manchester City y capitana de nuestra selección nacional.

Happy Tuesday, dear friends of Full Deportes! I'm glad to be one more week sharing content with this community and in this opportunity, because I want to take you with me to my first soccer training of the year 2024. Two years ago I shared my experience practicing women's soccer at the San Ignacio soccer school in my city. This school has a long soccer trajectory in the state and has produced brilliant talents, one of the best known is Deyna Castellanos, player of Manchester City and captain of our national team.

Bien, en esa oportunidad tuvimos varios entrenamientos, juegos con otras escuelas de fútbol e incluso participamos en una Copa en la que quedamos subcampeonas. Ese proyecto culminó y este año decidimos retomarlo nuevamente, primeramente, porque todas nos divertimos mucho jugando al fútbol y además porque es una manera de mantenerse saludables.

Well, in that opportunity we had several trainings, games with other soccer schools and we even participated in a Cup in which we were runner-up. That project ended and this year we decided to take it up again, firstly, because we all have a lot of fun playing soccer and also because it is a way to stay healthy.

El pasado jueves fue nuestro primer encuentro y en el video les cuento cómo transcurrió. La idea es volver a foguearnos con otras escuelas y fomentar el fútbol en todas sus edades. Desde que este proyecto inició, entendí que en el deporte no hay límites, que nosotros mismos nos limitamos.

Last Thursday was our first meeting and in the video I tell you how it went. The idea is to get to know other schools and promote soccer at all ages. Since this project started, I understood that in sport there are no limits, that we ourselves limit ourselves.

Tenemos nuevos entrenadores, son los profesores Hugo Sequera y Yoel Salas, quienes se encargan además de las categorías femeninas de San Ignacio y otras categorías. La verdad me divertí mucho, el entrenamiento fue bastante suave y trajo consigo muchas risas. Ya quiero ver lo que me depara esta categoría libre en el futuro. Manténganse atentos, que les estaré contando mis experiencias.

We have new coaches, teachers Hugo Sequera and Yoel Salas, who are also in charge of the women's categories of San Ignacio and other categories.
