¡Hola mis amores!

Esta es mi participación para encuentro de talentos, un espacio con nuestra @angelica7 para reflexionar y compartir con la comunidad repartiendo buena energía, en este caso, se propuso como tema a desarrollar “Sobrevivir o vivir” y aunque tengo una manera de ver la vida tuve que ajustar mi análisis al papel que realizo en la vida en cada una de mis facetas.

Hello my loves!

This is my participation for talent meeting, a space with our @angelica7 to reflect and share with the community sharing good energy, in this case, it was proposed as a theme to develop "Survive or live" and although I have a way of seeing life I had to adjust my analysis to the role I play in life in each of my facets.

El sentido de mi vida

Mi vida contrario a lo que puede parecer a mi actitud muchas veces ni ha sido perfecta, con su altas y bajas muchos son los aprendizajes que he adquirido, cayendo una y otra vez, sintiendo que me quedo sin fuerzas y renaciendo para la búsqueda de lo que representa para mí la felicidad.

La vida tiene sentido cuando se enfoca en la energía en lo que se quiere, lo que alimenta el alma y la dinámica en la que todos tenemos la oportunidad de sonreír y agradecer.

The meaning of my life

My life contrary to what may seem to my attitude many times has not been perfect, with its ups and downs many are the lessons I have learned, falling again and again, feeling that I run out of strength and reborn for the pursuit of what represents happiness for me.

Life makes sense when you focus your energy on what you want, what feeds your soul and the dynamics in which we all have the opportunity to smile and be grateful.

¿Estoy sobreviviendo?

Salí de mi modo supervivencia hace tanto tiempo y no saben el agotamiento que se siente, pero lo importante es que ahora estoy viviendo porque mi alegría se enfoca en compartir (a si sea a distancia) con los que me quieren y apoyan, y mi felicidad está en la sonrisa mágica de mi hijo cada vez que estoy junto a él.

Vivo al máximo cuando celebro triunfos sin importar el tamaño o a quien pertenecen, cuando en medio de la tormenta soy capaz de ver lo positivo, cuando reconozco mis sentimientos permitiéndome conocer la empatía hacia otros y cuando soy tan flexible como para quererme siendo humana e imperfecta.

Am I surviving?

I came out of my survival mode so long ago and you don't know the exhaustion it feels, but the important thing is that now I am living because my joy is focused on sharing (even if at a distance) with those who love and support me, and my happiness is in the magical smile of my son every time I am with him.

I live to the fullest when I celebrate triumphs no matter the size or who they belong to, when in the midst of the storm I am able to see the positive, when I recognize my feelings allowing me to know empathy towards others and when I am flexible enough to love myself being human and imperfect.

¿Y tú sobrevives o no?

Muchas veces nos conformamos con la vida que tenemos, aunque esta nos dé una sensación falsa de plenitud y es nuestro deber buscar las herramientas emocionales para ser sinceros con nosotros mismo, con lo que somos y representamos.

Creo que nunca es tarde para la redención, para tomar acción y construir la vida que queremos, suena irónico pero “la vida acaba cuando morimos” y por eso tomo una frase que continuamente dice mi madre “mientras haya vida hay esperanza”, así que nunca perdamos la fe de lo que podemos lograr.

El panorama puede tornarse oscuro, pero es valiente único y capaz en este mundo nadie ha nacido con esa luz que seguro tienes, y te cuento un secreto nada es eterno, incluso la tristeza, el dolor y la agonía en algún momento terminarán.

Sobrevivir es tan duro y la carga es difícil de desechar, muchos tuvimos que buscar ayuda profesional y aunque no es una solución milagrosa nos ofreció el camino al mejor sentido para vivir. Enfoca tu ser en construir lo que quieres a tu manera y ritmo, sin importar comentarios incluso de nuestros pensamientos limitantes o negativos, toma esos sueños que creíste olvidados, porque frustrados jamás lo serán, mientras se encuentren vivos en tus pensamientos e ilusiones.

Por aquí esta una persona que confía en lo que eres y representas, te envía la mayores bendiciones y cree que vivir en un sentido puede ser una buena estrategia pero no la única, un abrazo.

And do you survive or not?

Many times we are satisfied with the life we have, even if it gives us a false sense of fulfillment and it is our duty to find the emotional tools to be honest with ourselves, with what we are and what we represent.

I believe that it is never too late for redemption, to take action and build the life we want, it sounds ironic but "life ends when we die" and that is why I take a phrase that my mother continually says "while there is life there is hope", so let's never lose faith in what we can achieve.

The outlook can become dark, but it is brave unique and capable in this world no one is born with that light that you surely have, and I tell you a secret nothing is eternal, even sadness, pain and agony at some point will end.

Surviving is so hard and the burden is difficult to throw away, many of us had to seek professional help and although it is not a miraculous solution it offered us the way to the best sense to live.

Focus your being on building what you want in your own way and pace, regardless of comments even from our limiting or negative thoughts, take those dreams you thought forgotten, because frustrated they will never be, as long as they are alive in your thoughts and illusions.

Here is a person who trusts in what you are and what you represent, sends you the greatest blessings and believes that living in a sense can be a good strategy but not the only one, a hug.
