Hola que tal, amigos, esta es mi primera vez publicando en esta comunidad, y estoy un tanto nerviosa pero al mismo tiempo emocionada porque decidí compartir con ustedes una actividad que yo solía hacer hace algunos años, bueno en realidad hace bastantes años, 18 para ser exacta, se trata de la Danza Oriental, mejor conocida como Danza Árabe, la cual nos otorga muchísimos beneficios a las mujeres y entre otras cosas nos sirve para aprender a conocer nuestro cuerpo y ganar confianza en nosotras mismas. En este material que preparé par ustedes estaré hablándoles un poco sobre lo más importante de la Danza Oriental, además les enseñaré unos cuantos pasos que les servirá para preparar su propio performance.
