Esta vez a través de este vídeo quiero compartir un poco de mi progreso, el año pasado pasé por el entrenamiento y forma de entrenar mas rigurosa que jamas había llevado a cabo, ésto debido a que me frustre de sentir que nunca avanzaba, me decidí a cambiar, mejorar y crecer, y parte de eso fue motivado por #SWC, por eso quiero este año mejorar cada vez mas, y no hay mejor manera de marcar mi progreso que un vídeo donde demuestre la mayoría de habilidades de calistenia que desarrolle el año pasado.
This time through this video I want to share some of my progress, last year I went through the most rigorous training and way of training that I had ever done, this because I got frustrated of feeling that I never advanced, I decided to change, improve and grow, and part of that was motivated by #SWC, so this year I want to improve more and more, and there is no better way to mark my progress than a video where I demonstrate most of the calisthenics skills that I developed last year.
Quiero ser capaz dentro de un año, 5 o mas, de ver vídeos de mi y decir: WOW ¿como pase de eso a esto? Por esa misma razón es este vídeo, este año creceré como nunca, estoy seguro, espero disfruten el vídeo, documento un poco de mis estáticos y fuerza en general como también flexibilidad.
I want to be able in a year, 5 or more, to be able to watch videos of me and say: WOW how did I go from that to this? For that very reason is this video, this year I will grow like never before, I'm sure, I hope you enjoy the video, I document a bit of my statics and overall strength as well as flexibility.
