What's goin on Hive! My laptop and desktop stopped working. They didn't really stop working, I just didn't know what to do about mundane problems. Again I'm lucky as fuck to have @solomiminer helping and holding my hand through my process of putting out blogs and educational videos.
This exercise is called the Propped Star.
Your start off by getting into the front lean rest, or push up positions. Make sure you're stable before you move. Keep yourself breathing. If you're holding your breath relax it as you feel your body tighten. Flex your body don't constrict it.
When you stabilize yourself turn onto your side all the while staying propped up. Use the side of your foot to hold yourself up, try not to use the bottoms of your feet. Stabilize when you've gotten to this position.
Extend the arm and leg you're not using to hold yourself out to make a Star Shape with your body. Don't just drop, move shake and adjust as much as you need, remember that these exercises are designed to where even if you cheat you're still getting a work out.
Relax your arm and leg back to your side propped position stabilize and then return to the front lean rest.
Repeat with the other side, this makes one complete rep. I usually do 3 sets of 5-10 reps depending on how I feel.
