How We're Onboarding 5,000 Monthly Active Users to Hive in 2023

LeoFinance has been building project blank for quite a while now. We've been refining the design, testing and re-testing. There's been several iterations of both backend and frontend that have been utilized.

We're now in Closed Alpha of the final version of the UI and backend. Things are working incredibly smooth - if you want to test the backend by posting on Threads, check out https://leofinance.io/threads which lets you utilize Threads on the current Production UI (old UI).

As we approach Open Alpha testing of the Project Blank UI that is being merged into leofinance.io, a lot of questions surrounding onboarding have been brought up.

To-date, LeoFinance has built one of the best onboarding backends on hive. It's called LeoInfra and it allows anyone to create a Hive Lite account seamlessly and login in less than 30 seconds to Hive.

It puts all the private keys and nuances on the backend and lets the user... use.

In this clip, we talk about all of the incredible onboarding initiatives we're deploying in 2023. With Project Blank finally here, we're going to be running a ridiculous amount of traditional marketing, advertising and community initiatives that are all aimed at one goal:

Onboard 5,000 Monthly Active Users to LeoFinance & Hive by December 2023.

• Activity goal - 5k MAU for 2023 once UI is released
• Lots of initiatives to achieve this goal
• Once people realize activity is huge in threads, they'll love the engagement and stay
• No need to read long form to have an opinion
• Threads are easier, faster and accomplishes the same result = strike a conversation
• Less work, more interaction, more activity = on par with where society is going lel
• Everything is moving towards microcontent
• In a matter of seconds you know if you want to reply, if you care, or if you keep reading
• Memes on threads
• Threads are lawless for content creation
• Long form might be more profitable, but you can't make 10 posts a day
• Bean counters example - threads doesn't have this
• Kardashian example
