    Si algo es importante a tomar en cuenta al momento de querer fortalecer alguna parte del cuerpo y es la siguiente, tienes que trabajar al 100% de todo tu potencial y esto significa que tienes que practicar los movimientos que a煤n no dominas, al menos 1 d铆a por semana y seg煤n yu objetivo, si es que deseas perder peso o ganar masa muscular, tienes que si o si, cuidar lo que comes, la nutrici贸n es el 80% de la formula y el 20% viene del entrenamiento, aunque si tuviese que dividir ese 20% ser铆a 10% entrenamiento f铆sico y 10% descanso ya que el m煤sculo crece en reposo馃挭馃敟
