Good morning fellow hive members and members of SWC, This time I want to share with you an explosiveness and strength routine for your back, which will help you to improve this part of your training, since by training explosive exercises we can gain strength in other aspects, or in this case in the back. Although it may be a short routine, it is quite exhausting because when we work explosiveness we recruit much more strength and therefore we get exhausted much faster than when we do not train in this way 💪🏼.
En esta rutina como bien ya dije es una enfocada a la fuerza explosiva, así que los ejercicios hay que intentar hacerlos de esta manera en cada repetición, si ya no puedes hacer la transición de esta manera, es mejor hacer las repeticiones hasta que ya no puedas subir de manera explosiva 💪🏼.
In this routine as I said it is focused on explosive strength, so the exercises should try to do them in this way in each repetition, if you can no longer make the transition in this way, it is better to do the repetitions until you can no longer go up explosively.💪🏼
Ejercicio 1:
Muscle up - 7 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 2:
Dominada en L explosiva - 4 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Remo en barra - 10 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Australian avanzada - 12 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 5:
Dominada en L - 10 repeticiones x3 series.
Exercise 1:
Muscle up - 7 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 2:
Dominated in explosive L - 4 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 3:
Rowing bar - 10 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 4:
Advanced Australian - 12 repetitions x3 sets.

Pull up in L - 10 repetitions x3 sets.
