Reza un famoso dicho "El tiempo pasa volando", hace 90 días atendimos un llamado o invitación para participar en esta interesante iniciativa en forma de reto, un reto para transformar algo en nuestro cuerpo y que impactaría de manera general en todas los aspectos de nuestras vidas; en mi caso personal, a nivel incluso emocional.

There is a famous saying "Time flies by", 90 days ago we attended a call or invitation to participate in this interesting initiative in the form of a challenge, a challenge to transform something in our body and that would impact in a general way in all aspects of our lives; in my personal case, even on an emotional level.

Debo confesar que cuando decidí sumarme al reto planteado por nuestros amigos @edmundochauran y @eddiespino, no imaginé el alcance tan positivo que tendría; así que aunque no avanzaba en las primeras semanas, mantuve mi decisión de cambiar mis hábitos alimenticios. Las tallas y el peso corporal bajaron muy lento, pero estaba decidido a seguir aunque mi ritmo era a cuentagotas.

I must confess that when I decided to join the challenge posed by our friends @edmundochauran and @eddiespino, I did not imagine the positive impact it would have; so although I did not make progress in the first weeks, I kept my decision to change my eating habits. Body size and weight went down very slowly, but I was determined to continue even though my pace was in dribs and drabs.

Algo curioso que me ocurrió este lunes 21, es que olvidé colocarme el short debajo del pantalón y tuve que pesarme usando éstos. Mi peso fue de 87,70 kg y aunque no parezca mucho, eso equivale a 5,35 kg menos, respecto a mi peso inicial de hace 90 días. Esos 5 kilogramos menos tienen un gran significado para mí, me siento mucho mejor que hace 3 meses, más ligero al caminar y mi respiración es más reconfortante.

Something curious that happened to me this Monday 21, is that I forgot to put on my shorts under my pants and I had to weigh myself wearing them. My weight was 87.70 kg and although it does not seem much, that is equivalent to 5.35 kg less than my initial weight 90 days ago. Those 5 kilograms less have a great meaning for me, I feel much better than 3 months ago, lighter when walking and my breathing is more comforting.

Es algo chistoso el hecho de que los pantalones me queden tan holgados, cuando antes me apretaban. Esa ha sido una de las pruebas más fehacientes de mi cambio durante el Reto-Morphosis en Hive. Las dietas se mantienen, disminuyendo al mínimo los carbohidratos y aumentando las frutas, vegetales y proteínas. Ya veo normal cuando en el trabajo me preguntan por mi peso, porque el cambio físico es notable.

It's kind of funny that my pants fit so loose, when they used to be so tight. That has been one of the strongest proofs of my change during the Morphosis-Challenge at Hive. Diets remain the same, decreasing carbs to a minimum and increasing fruits, vegetables and protein. I see it as normal when people at work ask me about my weight, because the physical change is noticeable.
