I call them magic words because they help to build and maintain relationships with our friends and loved ones.

They are:
☆ I am sorry,
☆ Please and
☆ Thanks or thank you.

Cuando ofendemos a alguien o cuando nos equivocamos, lo que más nos cuesta es pedir perdón. En cambio, seguimos actuando como si hubiéramos hecho lo correcto y esto rompe las relaciones.

La palabra mágica, "Lo siento", puede sanar esa relación rota y disminuir nuestro ego.

When we offend someone or when we are wrong, it is most times hard for us to say sorry. Instead, we keep acting like we did the right thing and this breaks relationships.

The magic word, Sorry, can heal that broken relationship and lessen our ego.

La mayoría de las veces, cuando pedimos o suplicamos ayuda a alguien, lo hacemos como si fuera nuestro derecho o como si la persona nos hiciera un favor.

Aprendamos a utilizar la palabra mágica, Por favor, para no romper nuestra relación con las personas y el respeto que nos tienen.

Most times when we make a request or plea to someone for assistance, we request as though it is our right or as though we are doing the person a favour.

Let us learn to use the magic word, Please, so that we don't break our relationship with people and the respect they have for us.

Cuando la gente nos ofrece un favor o hace algo por nosotros, debemos utilizar siempre la palabra mágica: gracias. No importa lo poco que sea, quién sabe lo difícil que es para la persona. Quién sabe si la persona ha sacrificado mucho para hacernos felices y conceder el deseo.

When people offer us a favour or do something for us, we need to always use the magic word, thank you. No matter how little it is, who knows how difficult it is for the person. Who knows if the person sacrificed a lot just to make us happy and to grant the wish.
