Hoy quiero presentarles este video, en donde intento aclarar algunas dudas o preguntas que suelen hacer las personas, en cuanto a si estan pasadas de peso, o si estan muy bajos del mismo.

Esto lo haremos usando el IMC (indice de masa corporal) se usa frecuentemente en la consulta, y aporta suficiente informacion para diagnosticar una desnutricion o sobre peso por Clinica.

Recuerda que es normal tener resultados entre los 18 - 25 Kg / m²
