Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, hoy les traigo una rutina de pierna en casa
Antes de comenzar con esta rutina recuerda hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento.
No solamente ahi que trabajar la parte superior, sino tambien debemos ejercitar nuestra parte inferior de nuestro cuerpo, asi que esta rutina les vendra bien para ejercitar nuestras piernas.
no necesitas tener equipamiento ni nada, esta rutina la puedes hacer cómodamente en tu casa
Con estos ejercicios que les mostrare lograrán obtener una buena condicion fisica en sus piernas, asi tambien consiguiendo una resistencia y definicion.
A continuacion mostrare los ejercicios.

Before starting this routine, remember to warm up well to avoid discomfort or injury during training.
Not only there to work the upper part, but we must also exercise our lower part of our body, so this routine will come in handy to exercise our legs.
You do not need to have equipment or anything, you can do this routine comfortably at home
With these exercises that I will show you, you will be able to obtain a good physical condition in your legs, as well as obtaining resistance and definition.

Sentadillas. 4 series / 30 reps
Zancadas explosivas con cambio. 4 series / 15 reps de cada lado.
Sentadilla explosiva. 4 series / 20 reps
Puente femoral. 4 series / 20 reps
Elevaciones de gemelos. 4 series / 30 reps.
squats. 4 sets / 30 reps
Explosive lunges with change. 4 series / 15 reps on each side.
Explosive squat. 4 sets / 20 reps
Femoral bridge. 4 sets / 20 reps
Calf raises. 4 series / 30 reps.
