Está rutina será para niveles intermedio estos ejercicios nos ayudará a obtener las progresion de front lever como lo sería Tuck Advance, front a una pierna y half hasta llegar a su progresión definitiva que sería el front lever como tal.
This routine will be for intermediate levels, these exercises will help us to obtain the front lever progression, such as the Tuck Advance, one-legged front, and half until reaching its final progression, which would be the front lever itself.

Como pudieron ver fueron solamente 6 ejercicios que nos va ayudar a obtener las progresiones de front lever espero le guste mucho.
As you could see, there were only 6 exercises that will help us to obtain the front lever progressions. I hope you like it a lot.
Cabe destacar que cada vez que realizamos un ejercicio de cualquier tipo siempre hay que calentar muy bien para no sentir ninguna molestia ya sea en las articulaciones o muscular.
