Hola amigos de Hive,una vez más les traigo el gameplay de otro juego retro, en esta ocasión de TechnoMage un juego lanzado en el año 2000 , que me ha sorprendido insospechadamente, pues lo instalé sin tener idea de que trataba y debo admitir que me gustó bastante.

TechnoMage es un nombre que no nos deja muy claro de que va el juego, ¿mago tecnológico? Pero no veo elementos tecnológicos, más bien elementos de la era medieval, como espadas , ropaje de la época, seres arcaicos, monstruos, elixires de vitalidad, no lo sé me ha confundido con su nombre, pero, eso es lo de menos pues me he encontrado con un gran juego.

TechnoMage is a name that does not make us very clear what the game is about, technological magician? But I do not see technological elements, but rather elements of the medieval era, such as swords, clothing of the time, archaic beings, monsters, elixirs of vitality, I do not know I was confused with its name, but that's the least of it because I found a great game.

Damos inició a la historia, un ser pacifico cabalga en un dinosaurio y pronto algo ocurre debajo de la tierra, que hace que de debajo salgan seres aterradores y mortíferos, una especie de perros rabiosos atacan al jinete y termina devorándolos. Pero pronto, despertamos era una pesadilla de un joven en su humilde morada, a quien su madre envía al sótano a buscar una botella de vino, allí un fantasma le impide el acceso y le pide que consiga su urna en el mundo exterior a cambio de las llaves del sótano, y es allí cuando nos sumergimos en esta fantástica aventura.

Lo primero que se puede notar son los excelentes gráficos para ser del año 2000, podemos observar a nuestro personaje desde una cámara aérea, que nos permite ver gran parte del mapa en el que nos encontramos , nuestros movimientos son fáciles de llevar a cabo, podemos desplazarnos con el cursos del mouse, podemos saltar, dar espadazos, utilizar un gancho, todas las herramientas , armas y demás elementos , las podremos usar de forma intuitiva.

The first thing you can notice is the excellent graphics for the year 2000, we can observe our character from an aerial camera, which allows us to see much of the map where we are, our movements are easy to carry out, we can move with the mouse, we can jump, give swords, use a hook, all tools, weapons and other elements, we can use them intuitively.

Además antes de empezar la aventura se nos explican bien los controles, y se nos hace énfasis en la importancia de tener diálogos con los demás personajes, pues son los que nos guiarán a lo largo de la aventura, en nuestras misiones que habremos de cumplir a medida que avanzamos. Los diálogos tienen voces grabadas, las cuales se oyen muy bien, tienen un acento muy particular, que personalmente me encanta. Creo que es una de las cosas que más me han gustado pues a nivel de historia las voces lo hacen más inmersivo.

In addition, before starting the adventure, the controls are well explained, and the importance of having dialogues with the other characters is emphasized, since they are the ones that will guide us throughout the adventure, in our missions that we will have to fulfill as we advance. The dialogues have recorded voices, which sound very good, they have a very particular accent, which I personally love. I think it is one of the things that I liked the most because at the story level the voices make it more immersive.

La música es otra aspecto que destaca, me vi disfrutando la musicalización de este juego, una buena musicalización hace que no si en algún momento el juego se torna repetitivo, todo sea más digerible, me sucedió muchas veces que intenté subir en una plataforma y me caía, no me parecía tedioso tener que volver a intentarlo ,y creo que tenía que ver con el buen feeling de la música, que hace que disfrutemos el simple hecho de trasladarnos.

The music is another aspect that stands out, I found myself enjoying the musicalization of this game, a good musicalization makes that if at some point the game becomes repetitive, everything is more digestible, it happened to me many times that I tried to climb on a platform and I fell, it did not seem tedious to have to try again, and I think it had to do with the good feeling of the music, which makes us enjoy the simple fact of moving.

El nivel de dificultad es moderado, salgo que me pareció bastante bien, pues si nos descuidamos nos terminarán matando fácilmente, pero si nos sabemos defender podremos sobrevivir con facilidad y cumplir cada uno de los objetivos, hay que estar enfocado en cada enemigo, y saber a quién o qué nos enfrentamos.

The difficulty level is moderate, I think it seemed pretty good, because if we are careless we will end up being killed easily, but if we know how to defend ourselves we can survive easily and meet each of the objectives, you have to be focused on each enemy, and know who or what we face.

A mí me ha gustado bastante este juego y eso que solo je jugado 20 minutos, creo que es una joya retro, que recomiendo , si les gustan este tipo de juegos.
