    Buenas mi gente, un saludo a todos los #hivers y colegas de #swc, deseo se encuentren muy bien todos. Como saben o tal vez han podido notar, no suelo subir mis entrenamientos de pierna, sencillamente no grabo esos entrenamientos, esa parte no es muy llamativa en nuestro deporte, pero si las entrenamos y es súper importante. Recuerden que son los miembros que usamos a diario para desplazarnos y por ende debemos mantenerlos fuertes. Los que ven mis post de hace tiempo sabrán que a pesar de no entrenar con peso, mi 1RM en sentadilla libre es de +90kg, se que si me dedico a entrenar pierna lastrado de manera juiciosa, llego a los +120kg rápido, pero la verdad el dinero que gano en mi trabajo lo uso para lo justo, por eso entreno la mayoría del tiempo con peso corporal, pero aun así, tengo la fuerza necesaria para levantar esos +90kg. Pronto serán +100kg y luego 120, es le objetivo.

    Sin más que agregar, espero les haya gustado el post y la rutina también. Queda de más recordar que antes de cada entrenamiento es imprescindible realizar un calentamiento de unos 20 minutos como mínimo, ya que así rendiremos aún más en cada entrenamiento. Nos vemos en un próximo post.
