    Nuevamente en Full Deportes para presentarles unos 3 trabajos de GluteosπŸ‘ utilizando nada mas que unas tobilleras. En este caso uso unas de 2KG para tener mayor control, ya que con 3 o 4KG todavΓ­a presento algunas dificultades para realizarlo con buena tΓ©nica. Espero que les guste el POST y el VIDEO!

Lo utilizamos para la vida cotidiana como caminar, correr, saltar, dar pasos laterales, etcétera.     EJERCICIOS | EXERCISES

    Los ejercicios los vamos a realizar en una colchoneta o MAT para mayor comodidad. Como lo dije anteriormente, los movimientos son la extensiΓ³n de la cadera para los primeros dos, dandole mayor importancia a los gluteos mayor y medio, y el tercero es una abeducciΓ³n para trabajar nuestro gluteo menor. Podemos realizarlo con tiempos de trabajo o tambiΓ©n por cantidad de repeticiones. A gusto de cada persona. En mi caso lo hago por tiempo ya que me permite concentrarme mΓ‘s en la tΓ©cnica del ejercicio y no tengo que estar contando las repeticiones.

    Para finalizar les dejo 2 variantes para elongar nuestros Gluteos, de ambas maneras estira pero cada persona le puede resultar mas beneficioso uno u el otro. Lo importante es que podamos relajar nuestros mΓΊsculos a travΓ©s de respiraciones profundas.
