Hello friends of #hive I hope you have had a great time, today I bring you a routine to tone your legs, I hope you put it into practice.
No olviden realizar estiramientos previos para evitar lesiones, de ésta rutina hago 20 repeticiones de cada ejercicio.
Don't forget to stretch beforehand to avoid injuries. I do 20 repetitions of each exercise in this routine.
