Feliz día querida comunidad de full deportes, en este nuevo día vengo super activa con un full body, que te ayudara acondicionar y fortalecer todos tus músculos, este entrenamiento lo realice con peso; buscando tener más intensidad en mi rutina, esta rutina la realice en 20 repeticiones en 4 series, cada movimiento es combinado de tal forma que tenga enfoque en todo el cuerpo, una rutina completa favoreciendo el tren superior e inferior y abdomen, así que querida comunidad los invito a ver toda la rutina espero que les guste.
