Esta rutina está compuesta por 4 ejercicios abdominales para ser realizados en 3 o 4 series, ideal cuando no tienes tiempo y quieres hacer un buen entrenamiento corto y efectivo.
This routine consists of 4 abdominal exercises to be performed in 3 or 4 sets, ideal when you are short on time and want to do a good short and effective workout.

- 4.- Posición Hollow - 20s.
Hollow Body - 20s.
