Today I want to share with you my quadriceps and glutes🥵💪 routine.
Para realizar correctamente la sentadilla con mancuernas, deberemos estar quietos, mientras sostenemos una mancuerna en cada mano(con las palmas al lado de nuestras piernas).
Colocaremos las piernas utilizando el ancho de los hombros,en posición media,Con los dedos de los pies ligeramente señalado hacia afuera,Comenzaremos a bajar lentamente el torso,doblando las rodillas,este ejercicio trabaja Cuadríceps,Glúteo mayor, isquiotibiales y abdomen🥵💪
1🔥 Dumbbell Squat:
To correctly perform the dumbbell squat, we will need to stand still, while holding a dumbbell in each hand(palms beside our legs).
We will place the legs using the width of the shoulders, in a middle position, with the toes slightly pointed outward, we will begin to slowly lower the torso, bending the knees, this exercise works Quadriceps, Gluteus maximus, hamstrings and abdomen🥵💪🥵💪.

2🔥 Strides:works quads and glutes🥵.
Strides is one of the exercises that makes me cry the most 😂😭.
3🔥 Globet squat:The Goblet squat intensely works the leg muscles, such as the quadriceps,hamstrings and glutes.By holding a weight in front of the body,greater tension is generated in these muscles,which helps develop strength and endurance in the lower body🥵💪.
Recommendation: Prioritize technique, work with an appropriate weight and look for a range of repetitions between 8-20 Rep. Also always drink plenty of water💧🥰.
