Una vez más la nave está preparada para llevarnos a dar un nuevo paseo por el pasado de los videojuegos. Ya se nos ha hecho costumbre estos apasionados paseos donde la nostalgia y los recuerdos y ustedes, son nuestros principales tripulantes. En esta oportunidad nos dirigimos a las tierras prohibidas de Donkey Kong.

Este es el primer éxito de Nintendo el cual nunca imaginaron que fuera así. Un simio y un carpintero sin nombre. Podría decir que fue un experimento que salió tal como lo habían planificado. En este videojuego encontramos el debut del mismo Mario Bros. Lo que para muchos en esos momentos era un simple Jumpman, o sea, un saltarín que solo tenía la misión de rescatar a la doncella en peligro, pero el mismo plomero, es hoy sin duda una de las referencias más importantes en el mundo de los videojuegos y por supuesto, para la Ninendo. El videojuego de Donkey Kong fue tomando su popularidad y ganando terreno en el mundo gamers convirtiéndose en unos de los embajadores de Nintendo convirtiéndose en otra gran leyenda.

The video game Donkey Kong was taking its popularity and gaining ground in the world gamers becoming one of the ambassadors of Nintendo becoming another great legend.}

Hay muchos clásicos videojuegos que me recuerda aquella película protagonizada por Adam Sandler llamada "Pixeles" y les confieso que mientras realizaba este gameplay, me sentí como Adam en la película, en aquel acto final por rescatar a sus amigos. Y recordaba que él decía que lo difícil de este videojuego era que no tenía patrones como otros. Y bueno, mientras jugaba pude notar que tenía razón. Los barriles, o la llamas que me hacían el camino difícil, siempre cambiaban. No era como esos villanos que sabes que te lo vas a conseguir al saltar una rampa, o al bajar de un túnel. Y me puse a pensar si pudo ser esto, lo que le dió el éxito a este gran clásico videojuego.

^{There are many classic video games that remind me of that movie starring Adam Sandler called "Pixels" and I confess that while making this gameplay, I felt like Adam in the movie, in that final act to rescue his friends. And I got to thinking if it could be this, what gave the success to this great classic video game.}

Muchos dirán que este es un videojuego simple pero déjenme decirles que están equivocados. Ciertamente, es corto, pero lo que pasa es que cada vez que volvemos lo hacemos con mayor dificultad. Por supuesto, me refiero a más barriles, más llamas, toda su velocidad se irá incrementando lo que nos hace la misión cada vez más complicada y difícil de entender por como les mencioné, es correcto lo que decía Adam Sandler en la película, no hay patrones, todo cambia. Por supuesto, es el primero de muchos en la saga de Donkey Kong. Pero sin duda, que fue este quien catapulto a nuestro querido simio y plomero.

^{Many will say that this is a simple video game but let me tell you that you are wrong. Certainly, it is short, but what happens is that every time we go back we do it with greater difficulty. Of course, I mean more barrels, more flames, all your speed will increase which makes the mission more and more complicated and difficult to understand because as I mentioned, it is correct what Adam Sandler said in the movie, there are no patterns, everything changes. Of course, it is the first of many in the Donkey Kong saga. But without a doubt, it was this one that catapulted our beloved ape and plumber.}

Para el Gameplay tuve que hacer varios intentos que por momento se tornó frustrante pero como bien gamer, no me rendí hasta lograr el resultado que deseaba, rescatar a la princesa Peach de la furia insostenible del gran Donkey Kong.

Esta manera de recordar y dar un paseo al pasado de los videojuegos me da la opción de disfrutar nuevamente de estos clásicos y eso le da un punto más de nostalgia cuando logro encontrar títulos como este que hoy les presento. Espero que haya sido de su agrado este corto pero nostálgico paseo.
