Hi everyone, it's another day at the gym and I'm excited to be here on this Monday. Today, I focused on training my chest and biceps, which I tackled right away. After completing those sets, I moved on to my boxing training. Although I still feel some pain in my hand, it's not as bad as before. I've noticed that I'm able to punch harder now, but I'm still working on perfecting my movement. Overall, it was a great session, and I had a lot of fun. I hope you enjoyed watching the video.
