At the gym today, I had an unexpectedly intense workout. What started as a routine day of shoulder and back training turned into an opportunity to add boxing to the mix. To my surprise, I burned over 1000 calories according to my Apple Watch, exceeding my daily target. The boxing training was particularly rigorous, but I enjoyed it so much that I decided to share the full training with you all. Usually, I only share short videos, but this time, I wanted to give you the full experience. It was a fun and productive session, and I feel like I'm one step closer to perfection.
