Aquí les presento el episodio 3 de la serie camino a la libertad de elegir la cual consta de cuatro episodios.
En este episodio hablo de la importancia que tiene identificar el estilo de mente que tenemos y cómo específicamente el estilo de mente rígida, impide acceder de manera efectiva y saludable a la pausa para luego disfrutar de la libertad de elegir.

Hello friends of Hive and the special @holos-lotus community 💕.
Here I present to you episode 3 of the road to freedom of choice series which consists of four episodes. 
In this episode I talk about the importance of identifying the style of mind we have and how specifically the rigid style of mind prevents us from effectively and healthily accessing the pause to then enjoy the freedom to choose.
I will be happy to read your comments and testimonials, which I will gladly respond to. I was a little absent for various activities but here I am back.
