    Buen día, amigos de @fulldeportes, espero estén bien en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un circuito super completo para fortalecer las piernas y una excelente rutina para trabajar el cardio
    Good morning, friends of @fulldeportes, I hope you are well on this occasion. I want to share with you a super complete circuit to strengthen your legs and an excellent routine to work on cardio.

    En esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes, un circuito que consta de 5 ejercicios lo cual lo haremos todo seguido por 30 segundos cada ejercicio. Esta rutina está compuesta por la ejecución de una serie de ejercicios, entre los cuales podemos mencionar los siguientes: skipping, Sentadillas con salto, paso a fondo, sentadillas en zumo, y de rodillas a sentadilla.
    In this opportunity I share with all of you, a circuit that consists of 5 exercises which we will do all followed by 30 seconds each exercise. This routine is made up of the execution of a series of exercises, among which we can mention the following: skipping, jump squats, full step, juice squats, and from knees to squat.




    Esta serie de ejercicios, está orientada para fortalecer el grupo de músculos que conforman el sector del tren inferior y excelente en cardio, ya que estaremos trabajando mucho lo que son ejercicios anaeróbicos, pliometricos 🏋🏾‍♂️ y estáticos de fortalecimiento.
    This series of exercises is aimed at strengthening the group of muscles that make up the lower body sector and excellent in cardio, since we will be working a lot on anaerobic, plyometric 🏋🏾‍♂️ and static strengthening exercises.


    Trabajaremos alternadamente este circuito que consta de 30 segundos cada ejercicio, muy completo y práctico, en el que trabajamos (piernas, el abdomen, circulación, respiración y el metabolismo).
    We will alternately work this circuit that consists of 30 seconds each exercise, very complete and practical, in which we work (legs, abdomen, circulation, breathing and metabolism).
