En la primera rutina realizo las push up en posición de linsh planche, al principio es difícil realizarlas pero valen la pena hacerlo, yo en las rutinas no doy un numero en si de reps, solo digo que realícenlas según su capacidad.
In the first routine I perform the push up in linsh planche position, at the beginning it is difficult to perform them but they are worth doing, I do not give a number of reps in the routines, I just say that perform them according to your capacity.
En el segundo ejercicio de realizo fondos para hombros en paralelas, al principio no entendía como realizarlos, mi error era que no colocaba mi cuerpo de forma lateral, y así encargarle el peso a nuestros hombros.
In the second exercise, I performed shoulder presses in parallel, at the beginning I did not understand how to perform them, my mistake was that I did not place my body in a lateral way, and so I put the weight on our shoulders.
En el tercer ejercicio realizo fondos para hombros pero esta vez en barra fija, cabe recalcar que nuestro cuerpo no debe tocar la barra mientras realizamos el ejercicio.
In the third exercise, I perform the shoulder press, but this time on a fixed bar, it is important to emphasize that our body should not touch the bar while we perform the exercise.
En el cuarto y ultimo ejercicio realizo las marcadas en tuck planche, este es uno de los ejercicios de plancha que mas me gustan, ya que no solo trabajan lo hombros sino que también trabaja el lumbar, musculo que tiene un papel importante en la posición de la plancha.
In the fourth and last exercise I perform the tuck planche, this is one of the plank exercises that I like the most, since it not only works the shoulders but also works the lumbar, a muscle that plays an important role in the plank position.
