Saludos amigos #Hive y de #SWC en este post les comparto un entrenamiento que tuve con mi amigo @yeye-swc que ha estado un poco ausente pero que ya se va activar, ambos ya habíamos entrenado básico pero al terminar nos entraron ganas de hacer freestyle, no pudimos hacer gran cosa porque ya estábamos agotados pero algo salió, así que sin mas nada que decir vamos con el video:
Greetings friends #Hive and #SWC in this post I share with you a training I had with my friend @yeye-swc who has been a little absent but is already activated, we both had already trained basic but when we finished we felt like doing freestyle, we could not do much because we were already exhausted but something came out, so without anything else to say let's go with the video:
