    Saludos amigos de #Hhive y #SWC. En este post les comparto un video sobre una rutina de piernas que estoy realizando, la verdad que es muy agotadora está rutina, sobre todo el circuito con el que inicio la rutina. En ese ejercicio hago 15 sentadillas + 20 segundos de retención + 15 ranas, de este circuito realizo 4 series. En el segundo ejercicio realice Doble slong, esta vez los realice doble por no tener lastre, y la distancia para realizar este ejercicio es dependiendo de nuestra capacidad. En el tercer ejercicio realicé una especie de peso muerto pero levantando un caucho o una llanta dependiendo como lo llamen en su país, en este caso busquen una llanta que tenga un peso acorde a su capacidad, que no sea tan liviano y tampoco tampoco con un peso que no puedan levantar, la técnica de este ejercicio no es solo levantar el caucho y tirarlo, la técnica es levantarlo pero aplicándole el peso a los músculos de la pierna, para eso se debe levantar teniendo la espada recta, de lo contrario estaríamos desviando la columna vertebral y causar un lumbago. Y esto seria toda mi rutina, en total sería 4 series de cada u una.

In the third exercise I performed a kind of dead weight but lifting a rubber or a tire depending on what you call it in your country, in this case look for a tire that has a weight according to your ability, which is not so light and not with a weight that you can not lift, the technique of this exercise is not just lift the rubber and throw it, the technique is to lift it but applying the weight to the leg muscles, for that you must lift having the sword straight, otherwise we would be diverting the spine and cause a lumbago. And this would be my whole routine, in total it would be 4 sets of each one.
