    Hola a toda mi gente bella de mi comunidad de @fulldeportes y mi canal @threespek, me paseo por aquí para dejarles una serie de ejercicios que nos ayudaran a tonificar la espalda y los hombros. Sencillo, sentados en una silla o banco sin utilizar ningún tipo de peso, iniciamos con calentamiento suave. Luego pasamos a los ejercicios empezando con movimientos de manos pegadas por encima de la cabeza bajando de lado a lado a la altura de los hombros, seguimos con un movimiento similar dejando una mano a la altura de la cabeza y bajando la otra a la altura de hombro, luego hacemos una especie de press de hombro sin mancuerna, seguimos con un movimiento parecido al jalón con barra para espalda pero sin peso estirando los brazos al frente y llevándolos atrás ; finalizo con un movimiento semicircular de hombros. Cada movimiento debe durar 20 segundos para un total de un minuto y 20 segundos continuos, descansamos por 30 segundos y repetimos la rutina un par de veces más. Cabe destacar que este ejercicio es recomendable para tonificar y debemos practicarlo al menos tres veces a la semana. Para fortalecer debemos agregar peso. Espero y les guste.

Simple, sitting on a chair or bench without using any kind of weight, we start with a gentle warm up. Then we move on to the exercises starting with hand movements glued above the head down from side to side at shoulder level, followed by a similar movement leaving one hand at head level and lowering the other at shoulder level, then we do a kind of shoulder press without dumbbell, followed by a movement similar to the pull-up with barbell for back but without weight stretching the arms in front and bringing them back, ending with a semicircular movement of shoulders. Each movement should last 20 seconds for a total of one minute and 20 continuous seconds, rest for 30 seconds and repeat the routine a couple more times. It should be noted that this exercise is recommended for toning and should be practiced at least three times a week. To strengthen we must add weight. I hope you like it.
