    Hola a todos los integrantes de la comunidad de @Motherhood, me paseo por aquí para dejarles un contenido audiovisual a traves de mi canal en @threespek. Hace días inicie una sección de entrenamientos para postear en la comunidad de Full Deportes algunos ejercicios para fortalecer las piernas, en mi papel de madre de tres niños a los que debo atender; ir al gimnasio se me torna complicado por cuestiones de tiempo y ocupaciones en el hogar, sin embargo ocupe un espacio en la sala de mi hogar para realizar mi actividad deportiva. Tarea difícil entrenar frente a los niños, siempre están en la sala jugando con sus juguetes y para tranquilizarlos decidí integrarlos en el calentamiento previo y hacer este pequeño video. Pienso que es una forma de integrarlos en lo que realizamos, en esta oportunidad me acompañaron Oliver y Christopher de 5 y 3 años respectivamente ejecutando los movimientos de calistenia; mientras Deivis Rafael de 12 años mi hijo mayor me sirvió de camarógrafo.

    Hello to all the members of the @Motherhood community, I'm here to leave you some audiovisual content through my channel @threespek. Days ago I started a training section to post in the Full Deportes community some exercises to strengthen the legs, in my role as a mother of three children to whom I must attend; going to the gym becomes complicated for me because of time and occupations at home, however I occupied a space in the living room of my home to perform my sporting activity. It is a difficult task to train in front of the children, they are always in the living room playing with their toys and to calm them down I decided to integrate them in the warm up and make this little video. I think it is a way to integrate them in what we do, in this opportunity I was accompanied by Oliver and Christopher 5 and 3 years old respectively executing the calisthenics movements; while Deivis Rafael 12 years old my oldest son served me as cameraman.
