    Mi sesión de hoy estuvo un poco estropeada por dos cosas, una porque estoy un poco engripado y la segunda porque no amarre mis trenzas de los zapatos y sufrí una caída donde me lastime un poco, sin embargo decidí levantarme y seguir trotando hasta terminar el entrenamiento.

    Esta semana me toco correr solo porque mi esposa está ocupada con mi niño también engripado y tanto Zully como Cesar no han seguido corriendo, ya llevan dos semanas sin hacerlo y puede que se alargue esa holgura.

    Aun así seguiré entrenando cada semana para mantener mi salud y seguir disfrutando de los beneficios que aporta el correr.

    Hoy a pesar de estar engripado pude tener buenos tiempos, no pensaba correr más de 3 kilómetros por lo mismo pero pude correr 4 km tranquilamente, eso me agrado porque me siento con bastante energía y no estoy al 100 %, espero sanarme completamente esta semana para darle con más fuerzas la próxima.

    Los tiempos que pude manejar fueron buenos, ningunos de mis tiempos pasaron los 6 minutos, todos estuvieron dentro de los 5 y pienso que pudieron estar mejor, de hecho el mejor fue de 5:21 minutos por kilómetro y fue el último que corrí, un buen remate.

    En este post decidí colocar un video donde muestro parte del recorrido que hago, para permitirles visualizar un poco la ruta que hago en mis entrenamientos. Espero les guste.

    My solo HiveRun session

    My session today was a little bit spoiled by two things, one because I have the flu and the second because I didn't tie my braids on my shoes and I suffered a fall where I hurt myself a little bit, however I decided to get up and continue jogging until the end of the training session.

    This week I have had to run alone because my wife is busy with my child who also has the flu and both Zully and Cesar have not continued running, they have not been running for two weeks now and maybe that slack will get longer.

    Even so I will continue to train every week to maintain my health and continue to enjoy the benefits of running.

    Today in spite of being sick with flu I could have good times, I didn?t think to run more than 3 km for the same reason but I could run 4 km quietly, I liked it because I feel with enough energy and I?m not at 100%, I hope to heal completely this week to give more strength next week.

    The times I could manage were good, none of my times went over 6 minutes, all of them were within 5 minutes and I think they could have been better, in fact the best was 5:21 minutes per kilometer and it was the last one I ran, a good finish.

    In this post I decided to put a video where I show part of the route I do, to let you visualize a little bit the route I do in my trainings. I hope you like it.
