    Feliz fin de semana a toda la gran comunidad de Hive馃憢! Espero se encuentren de maravilla y aceptando nuevamente la iniciativa al #vlogchallenge de @blogging-team el d铆a de les quiero compartir un entrenamiento que hice en las 谩reas verdes del Club Terminal Guaraguago ubicado en Puerto la Cruz en donde pude realizar el WOD (Entrenamiento del d铆a) al aire libre, que adem谩s podr铆a decirse que es un estilo de entrenamiento diferente al que podr铆amos estar acostumbrado muchos de lo que venimos de un Gym o un Box.

I hope you are feeling great and accepting again the initiative to the #challenge of @blogging-team the day of I want to share a workout I did in the green areas of the Club Terminal Guaraguago located in Puerto la Cruz where I could perform the WOD (Workout of the day) outdoors, which also could be said that it is a different style of training to which we could be accustomed many of what we come from a Gym or a Box.

    El entrenamiento al aire libre adem谩s de ser realizado en una zona costera y calurosa puede llegar a poner a prueba las habilidades de cualquier atleta en general y es que 茅stas se relacionan muchas veces a la condici贸n ambiental y el entorno en el que se realiza la actividad. Muy a diferencia de los gimnasios en donde todos en su mayor铆a deben regular sus temperaturas y que cumplan con los est谩ndares que califican a estas como instalaciones como aptas para el entrenamiento.

    Tomando en consideraci贸n los elementos que ten铆a a disposici贸n para entrenar pude elegir un entrenamiento que desde mi perspectiva llega a ser bastante completo:

    The outdoor training in this case besides being a coastal and hot area can test the skills of any athlete in general and is that these are often related to the environmental condition and the environment in which the activity is performed. Very different from gyms where everyone must regulate their temperatures and meet the standards that qualify these facilities as suitable for training.


    Taking into consideration the elements I had at my disposal to train I was able to choose a workout that from my perspective is quite complete:


    WOD

    • Correr 400 metros
    • 7 Burpees muscle-ups

    • Run 400m
    • 7 Burpees muscle-ups

    Sugerencias y tips

    Particularmente yo recomiendo este tipo de entrenamientos funcionales ya que salen muchas veces de lo convencional y es una buena opci贸n para trabajar toda la capacidad anaer贸bica con lapsos cortos de descanso para impulsar el metabolismo mediante ejercicios de alto impacto como las dominadas, flexiones y sentadillas.

    • En este caso pude contar con una barra de calistenia que me permiti贸 poder entrenar con esta rutina.
    • Puedes sustituir los ejercicios como el muscle-ups y las Burpees por dominadas y flexiones convecionales.

    Suggestions and tips

    I particularly recommend this type of functional workouts as they are often unconventional and are a good option to work all anaerobic capacity with short rest periods to boost metabolism through high-impact exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups and squats.

    • In this case I was able to rely on a calisthenics bar that allowed me to be able to train with this routine.
    • You can substitute exercises such as muscle-ups and Burpees for pull-ups and push-ups.
