Just A quick video showing you guys how I prepair and recover from Gym workouts.
If you have followed my blog you will have noticed I had been going to the gym for A couple weeks and I also take some sports nutrition supplements.
In today's short video You will see how I make my protein shakes, I take these shakes either before of after my workout.
Before if I need some calories to burn and don't want to cook or after to help repair my muslces with the high percentage of protein.
Ingredients used:
Semi Skimmed milk.
Two scoops whey protein. (24 Grams of protein per scoop)
Two Eggs.
Thats all it is.
I do mix it up occasionally with Almond milk and other things and If I need the shake instead of A meal for example A meal replacement I will add Oats, Banana or even some Peanut Butter.
I also take Creatine but I prefer not to mix that with my shake as I just drink that with water same goes for the Electrolyte tablets.
