    Costillas de cerdo con pure de batata

    ¡Hola amigos de la plataforma de #Hive y de esta hermosa comunidad de #Hivefood! Bienvenidos a una nueva receta en mi canal. Hoy vengo a traerles una receta muy sabrosa, fácil de preparar que lleva bastante tiempo, pero les aseguro que vale la pena.

    Hoy les traigo unas costillas de cerdo con una salsa super deliciosa de barbacoa y miel junto a un pure de batatas que acompaña muy bien esta carne ya que es una combiancion agridulce exquisita.



    Los ingredientes para esta receta son

    Para la carne

    • Costillas de cerdo

    • Un chorro de aceite

    • Caldo de verduras

    • Un chorro de salsa de soja

    • Una porcion generosa de barbacoa (la cantidad queda a gusto)

    • Una cucharada de miel

    Para el puré

    • 1 KG de papas

    • Un chorro de leche

    • Manteca

    • Sal

    • Pimienta

    Preparación

    Vamos a comenzar sellando el cerdo en una fuente con aceite bien caliente. La sellamos bien por ambos lados y la retiramos.

    En la misma fuente vamos a ir agregando los ingredientes para la salsa en la que se terminara de cocinar nuestro cerdo.

    Primero, vamos a agregar el caldo de verduras, aproximadamente un litro de caldo. Al caldo le agregamos la salsa de soja, la barbacoa y la miel. Dejamos cocinar unos minutos revolviendo para integrar los ingredientes.

    Despues de unos minutos, agregamos de vuelta el cerdo y lo dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por aproximadamente dos horas, cada cierto tiempo vamos a darlo vuelta e impregnarlo con la salsa que se nos va formando.

    Ponemos a cocinar las batatas en abundante agua y una vez que esten tiernas, las colamos y procedemos a prepara el puré.

    Le agregamos la manteca, la sal, la pimienta y un buen chorro de leche, empezamos a pisarla para que no quede ningún grumo. Asi de facil tenemos nuestro puré.

    Una vez que que el caldo tome una textura como la que se ve en el video, ya esta lista la carne, van a ver que se puede cortar hasta con una cuchara y el sabor que tiene es increible, asi que ahora, ¡es hora de disfrutar!

    Hello friends of the #Hive platform and this beautiful #Hivefood community! Welcome to a new recipe on my channel. Today I come to bring you a very tasty recipe, easy to prepare that takes quite some time, but I assure you it's worth it.

    Today I bring you some pork ribs with a super delicious barbecue sauce and honey along with a mashed sweet potatoes that goes very well with this meat as it is an exquisite sweet and sour combination.



    The ingredients for this recipe are:

    for the meat

    • Pork ribs

    • A dash of oil

    • Vegetable stock

    • A dash of soy sauce

    • A generous portion of barbecue (the amount is to taste)

    • A spoonful of honey

    For the mashed potatoes

    • 1 KG of potatoes

    • A dash of milk

    • Butter

    • Salt

    • Pepper

    Preparation

    We are going to start by sealing the pork in a dish with very hot oil. Seal it well on both sides and remove it.

    In the same dish we are going to add the ingredients for the sauce in which our pork will be cooked.

    First, we are going to add the vegetable broth, approximately one liter of broth. To the broth we add the soy sauce, the barbecue and the honey. Let it cook for a few minutes stirring to integrate the ingredients.

    After a few minutes, add the pork back and let it cook over low heat for approximately two hours, every so often we will turn it over and impregnate it with the sauce that will be formed.

    We put the sweet potatoes to cook in abundant water and once they are tender, we strain them and proceed to prepare the puree.

    We add the butter, salt, pepper and a good splash of milk, we start to mash it so that there are no lumps left. That's how easy it is to have our puree.

    Once the broth takes a texture like the one you see in the video, the meat is ready, you will see that it can be cut even with a spoon and the flavor it has is incredible, so now, it's time to enjoy!
