Entrenamiento de Caminata de Montaña cerro El Toquito [ESP / ENG]

Greetings friends from Hive and @fulldeportes, today I am going to share with you a mountain hike training session on El Toquito hill in the community of Villa de Cura, Aragua state.

El entrenamiento lo inicié a la 5:40 am de la mañana, con un clima bastante fresco, subiendo en otra parte de la montaña que está prácticamente en la parte posterior de la comunidad del Toquito. Esta ruta tenía mucho tiempo que no entrenaba por eso decidí llevar a cabo este entrenamiento, donde al inició presenta una subidas continuas.

I started training at 5:40 am in the morning, with fairly cool weather, climbing another part of the mountain that is practically at the back of the Toquito community. This route had not been training for a long time, so I decided to carry out this training, where at the beginning it presents continuous climbs

Cabe destacar que hice un tiempo en la hasta la cima de la montaña de 30 minutos, después me regresé por el mismo camino, y después de bajar subí otra parte de la montaña para completar el tiempo de 1 hora con 40 minutos.

It should be noted that I made a time to the top of the mountain of 30 minutes, then I returned by the same path, and after going down I climbed another part of the mountain to complete the time of 1 hour and 40 minutes.
