Aqui esta mi rutina de hoy,la verdad estuvo muy normal,se trabajaron pesos relativamente cerca de mi RM de sentadilla lo que me permite ajustarme mejor a los pesos cercanos a mi RM y proximamente espero me facilite lograr pasar mi maximo de peso que son 340LB , espero les haya gustado mi post de hoy ,proximamente mas rutinas.
Here is my routine today, the truth was very normal, we worked relatively close to my RM squat weights which allows me to better adjust to the weights close to my RM and soon I hope to facilitate me to get past my maximum weight which is 340LB, I hope you liked my post today, soon more routines.
