    驴Que tal atletas y hivers de SWC ? ,yo soy @blas-training y hoy les traigo mi rutina de empuje que hice hoy en el gimnasio,es una rutina que me gusto mucho la verdad esta bastante fuerte dependiendo de la intensidad con la que la hagas es una combinacion de elementos de Calistenia lastrada y elementos GYM o pesas, desde un tiempo para aca he adaptado los ejercios de pesas y levantamientos a mis rutinas diarias de calistenia,lo cual la verdad me ha traido beneficios en cuanto a fuerza y hipertrofia sin contar el hecho de evitar ciertos tipos de lesiones debido al refuerzo muscular y a la hipertrofia de los mismos y bueno tambien esta el beneficio de variar tanto rutinas como ejercicios de diferentes manera lo cual evita el estancamiento como el aburrimiento de hacer siempre los mismos ejercicios.

    Primero vamos a comenzar con un emom de 20 minutos el cual va a consistir en MIN1-10-12 paralelas con 50kg,MIN2-15-20 Flexiones con 20kg , y asi vamos a hacer durante los proximos 20 minutos,cabe destacar que tambien se puede agregar un tercer minuto de rest o descanso ya que tanto las reps como el peso desgastan mucho asi que no estaria mal o poner un peso estandar o agregar un minuto de rest o descanso.
    First we will start with a 20 minute emom which will consist of MIN1-10-12 parallel with 50kg, MIN2-15-20 Pushups with 20kg, and so we will do for the next 20 minutes, it should be noted that you can also add a third minute of rest or rest because both the reps and the weight wear a lot so it would not be wrong or put a standard weight or add a minute of rest or rest.

    Ahora vamos a hacer un peque帽o set con Press banca el cual va a consistir en 15REPS de Press banca con 60kg y despues vamos a hacer 10REPS de Press banca con 70kg ,vamos a realizar tres vueltas de cada uno en este punto de la rutina ya nos estamos metiendo mas en levantamientos de pesas.
    Now we are going to do a small set with bench press which will consist of 15REPS of bench press with 60kg and then we are going to do 10REPS of bench press with 70kg, we are going to do three rounds of each at this point of the routine and we are getting more into weightlifting.

    Por ultimo vamos a realizar dos ejercicios simples que son Press banca unipodal del cual vamos a hacer 15REPS y Press banca neutral del cual vamos a hacer 15REPS tambien y ya con estos dos ejercicios cerrariamos la rutina de hoy.
    Finally we will perform two simple exercises that are unipodal bench press of which we will do 15REPS and neutral bench press of which we will also do 15REPS and with these two exercises we will close today's routine.

    Bueno atletas esta fue la rutina de hoy, me gusta mucho combinar distintas disciplinas como son Calistenia y levantamiento de pesas , estas dos no son las unicas combinaciones , tambien podemos combinar Calistenia con Funcional o Crossfit,todas estas combinaciones nos permiten ser atletas mas completos y mejorar constantemente y cumplir nuestras metas y objetivos.
    Well athletes this was today's routine, I really like to combine different disciplines such as Calisthenics and weightlifting, these two are not the only combinations, we can also combine Calisthenics with Functional or Crossfit, all these combinations allow us to be more complete athletes and constantly improve and meet our goals and objectives.
