Hello to all #HIVE colleagues and members of SWC, welcome to a new post, I'm Milano Alfinger @ashura-sw , on this occasion I bring you a video where I manage to overcome my limits in handstands. After having trained hard for several months, I decided to test my resistance and balance on the bars circuit at Las Ballenitas Park, a place that I really like for its natural and calm environment. My goal was to last three minutes in a handstand, something I had never achieved before. My maximum duration was exactly two minutes, and I knew that exceeding that limit required a lot of concentration and effort.
I prepared myself mentally and physically for the challenge, breathing deeply and stretching my muscles. I approached the mini parallel bars, and pushed myself hard to raise my body and rest my hands on them. I could feel how all my weight was distributed on my arms and shoulders. All was good at first. I felt confident and secure, and maintained a straight, firm posture. The first minute passed, and I continued to hold on. The second minute passed, and I began to feel tired and sore. My arms were shaking, my breathing was labored, and my vision was blurring. I thought about giving up, going down and resting. But I remembered all the work I had done, everything I had sacrificed, and everything I wanted to achieve. I told myself that I could do it, that there was just a little more left, that it was a matter of will and determination.
So it was. With one last effort, I managed to last three minutes in a handstand. When I got off, I felt a mixture of relief and joy. I had done it, I had surpassed my record, I had overcome my own limits. I felt proud of myself.
I hope I was able to capture your attention and that it is to your liking, see you in a new installment
